Vincent Guang Hu is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, accredited with the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, and certified as a Health Counselor in Integrative Nutrition through Columbia University’s Teacher’s College, also in New York. Vincent has studied with master teachers in the health field and is trained in modern health counseling, eastern and western nutrition philosophies and uses nutrition, yoga and meditation for therapeutic improvement. His experience as a professional yoga instructor and accomplished student of meditation adds a depth to his work that attunes to the whole person. With over seven years experience in the corporate world, he understands the challenges of staying healthy while pursuing a career. This familiarity enables Vincent to gently guide his clients to release self-sabotaging behaviors with a unique blend of nutrition coaching and stress relieving strategies.

In addition to working with clients in his private practice, Vincent is currently mentoring future health counselors at Integrative Nutrition as well as conducting a variety of interactive group nutrition workshops for small and large companies in the DC area looking to support their staff efforts to be healthy.
