Tyler Grigsby is an artist, photographer and educator from Washington, DC. Tyler’s ongoing personal photography projects focus on documenting social justice movements, communities and green spaces in the District.

For the past two years, Tyler worked as a program facilitator at Critical Exposure. There, Tyler taught and supported young people in the use of photography to document their personal experiences in their communities and how to use art as a tool to create the change they wanted to see.

Tyler’s other interests include gardening, healthy cooking, herbalism, harm reduction based public health work, and community led justice movements.
